The central recruitment agency of High court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh has invited online applications for the recruitment of vacant posts of Stenographer Grade - III in subordinate courts of Punjab as per detail given below:-Job Profile:- Stenographer Grade - III
Important Dates-
- Starting date to apply online - 04.09.2014
- Last date to apply online Registration - I- 23.09.2014
- Last date to apply online Registration - II- 25.09.2014
- Last date for receipt of application fee (with in banking hours) - 25.09.2014
- Last date for editing of application - 25.09.2014
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2014):- Between 18 and 38 years for General candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved candidates is also applicable.
Vacancy Detail: Total = 269. UR (unreserved)-273, SC-80, ST - 43, OBC-110.
Selection Procedure:-The candidates has to pass a test at the speed of 80 WPM in English shorthand and 20 WPM in transcript of the same on computer. He/ She shall have to pass Computer Proficiency Test (Word Processing and Spread Sheet) which is mandatory but will not be included in final merit list. Final selection will be strictly on the basis of shorthand test.
Examination Fee: General - Rs.500/-, SC/BC/OBC/ESM of Punjab - Rs.125/-, Reserved categories of other states - Rs.500/-
