  1. Square one more than smaller number. ( 34 * 37, now we will square 35 = 1225)
  2. Add one less than smaller number to result in step 1. (1225 + 33 = 1258)
  3. This is our answer. ( 34 * 37 = 1258)

Eg. 1: 

41 * 44
Step -1 => 42 * 42 = 1764
Step -2 => 1764 + 40 = 1804
Hence 41 * 44 = 1804. (Ans)

Eg. 2: 

22 * 25
Step -1 => 23 * 23 = 529
Step -2 => 529 + 21 = 550
Hence 22 * 25 = 550. (Ans)
