Details:- Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has invited application from the eligible male and female candidates for the post of constable in UP Police department.
Category wise detail of vacancies:
- General: 10000 Posts
- OBC (Other Backward Class): 5400 Posts
- SC (Schedule Cast): 4200 Posts
- ST (Schedule Tribe): 400
Application Fee: An application fee of Rs. 200/- is to be paid by the candidate.
Process of Recruitment:
- Written Exam : 300 Marks
- PET ( Physical Ability Test )
- Main Written Exam: 300 Marks
- Documentation and Medical Test
- Selection on Merit List

Instructions for candidates applying online:
Candidates applying online are required to first register on UP Police official website. Then download e-Challan and pay application fee at any bank branch. Finally fill complete application form and submit.
