Details:- SAIL Steel Authority India Limited has invited applications for recruitment of 100 posts of Junior Assistant Trainees in CMO Central Marketing Organization with headquarters in Kolkata in 2015. Eligible and interested candidates can apply through online mode on or before 02.04.2015 on official website or link given below.
Pay Scale or Salary Package: Selected candidates will be initially recruited as Jr. Assistant (Trainee) and will be on training for a period of two years. During the first year, they will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 10700/‐ per month. In the second year, the consolidated pay will be Rs. 12200/‐ per month. During the period of training, Medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children; Leave etc will be as per the Rules of the Company. Upon successful completion of 2 years training, they will be placed in S‐3 grade (scale ‐ Rs. 16800 ‐ 3% ‐ 24110/‐) with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 16800/‐ along with industrial dearness allowance.

Educational Qualification:-
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Computer Applications with min 1 year duration and proficiency in MS Office.
- Min typing speed of 40 wpm in English for Gen category and 30 wpm for reserved category.
Age Limit (As on 01.03.2015) :-
- Not less than 18 years and not more than 28 years
- Relaxation in upper age limit is also applicable for reserved category candidates.
