RBI Assistant 2015 | Exam Pattern And Complete Syllabus For RBI Assistant Recruitment Examination 2015

Reserve Bank of India has invited application from eligible Indian citizens for post of Assistants in RBI. There are total 504 vacancies available in different offices of India. Examination will be conducted on different dates in month of August in various examination centers across India. Here is examination pattern and detailed syllabus for recruitment of assistants in Reserve Bank of India.

Selection Procedure and Examination Pattern of RBI Assistant Examination.


  • Selection will be through Online Examination test followed by Interview. 
  • The Online Examination will be for 200 marks.Only qualified candidates in online test will be invited for interviews.
  • Final selection will be on the basis of candidate's performance in the online examination and interview taken together in order of merit.

Examination Pattern and syllabus for written test is as below:

Important Note:

  • The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
  • A candidate has to qualify in each part of the Objective test separately. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests. 
  • Other detailed information regarding the examination will be given in an Information Handout, which will be made available for the candidates to download along with the call letter for examination from the RBI’s website. 
  • Roll No. of the candidates successful in online examination will be available on RBI’s website and a brief notice thereof will be published in leading newspapers around end of August 2015.
  • Only such number of candidates will be called for interview who stand sufficiently high in merit on the aggregate marks of the Objective Tests, such merit being decided by the Bank in relation to the number of vacancies to be filled in. 
  • Final selection will be on the basis of candidate's performance in the written examination and interview taken together in order of merit. 
 
Instruction on how to prepare for recruitment of assistant in RBI:- Written test for post of assistant in RBI will consist of 5 sections and to pass this exam candidate has to pass every section. So in written exam candidate must spare specific time for each section and attempt at-least 60 % of each section first. If more time is left candidate can focus on his favorite subject to better his merit. As there will be just 120 minutes for 200 questions, level of questions is expected to be easy still hard work need to be done to improve speed and accuracy in each level.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET ) UG test was conducted by CBSE on 05- 05- 2013 across all India for admission to various medical colleges. Results of NEET-2013 was declared on 05-06-2013 on CBSE website http://cbseresults.nic.in/neet/neet2013.htm . According to CBSE press release among the registered candidates, a total of 717127 candidates were eligible to appear in the NEET-UG, 2013, out of which 658040 candidates appeared in the test and 366317 candidates have qualified the test.
