IIT Kharagpur has issued notification for filling online applications for GATE 2015. Online application portal will be open from 1st Sept 2014 to 1st October 2014. So interested students are required to apply online as earlier as possible and don't wait till last date. As there will be huge traffic on GATE website in last 2-3 days and you may face many problems lilke previous years. Here is detail for GATE 2015:-
Important Dates:
- GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) Website Opens: 1st Sept 2014
- Last date for submission of online application: 1st Oct 2014 (23:59 Hrs)
- Last Date for Request for Change in the Choice of Examination City: 21st Nov 2014
- Availability of Admit Card on the Online Application Interface for printing : 17th Dec 2014
- GATE 2015 Online Examination (Forenoon: 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon, Afternoon: 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM) - 31st January, 1st, 7th, 8th and 14th February, 2015
Qualification:
A candidate who has completed or is in final year fo BE/ B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharma/ Bsc/ B.S/ M.Sc/ M.A/ MCA or equivalent can apply.Application Fee:
- Male Candidates (General / OBC) - 1500/-
- Women Candidates of any Category - 750/-
- Other Candidates (General/ OBC) - 1500/-
- SC/ ST/ PWD Category Candidates - 750/-
