Mining and Geography Branches through GATE 2015 Online Examinations.


Job Profile: Engineers/ Officers.

Salary Package: Selected candidates will be given basic pay of Rs. 24000/-.

Important Dates:
  • Last Date to Apply for GATE 2015 Exam :- 14/10/2014.
  • Starting Date to Apply for IOCL Vacancies :- 17/12/2014
  • Last Date to Apply for IOCL Vacancies: - 21/02/2015

Age Limit: 
  • For Engineering Discipline- Maximum 26 years as on 30th June, 2015 for general category candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/SC/ST/PWD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directives.
  • For Geology & Geophysics- Maximum 28 years as on 30th June, 2015 for general category candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) /SC/ST/PWD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directive.
Selection Process:
  • Shortlisting based on GATE - 2015 Scores in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science and Information Technology, Instrumentation, Metallurgy. Mining and Geography Branches.
  • Further Shortlisting on the basis of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

  • Portal on IOCL website will open on 17th Dec 2014.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET ) UG test was conducted by CBSE on 05- 05- 2013 across all India for admission to various medical colleges.
