PSU Recruitment GATE 2015 Power Grid - Recruitment of Executive Trainees in Power Grid through GATE 2015 (EE, CE, CS-IT) - Official Notification

POWERGRID, the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) of India and a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India is engaged in power transmission business with the mandate for planning, co-ordination, supervision and control over complete inter-State transmission system and operation of National & Regional Power Grids. Power Grid has published notification for recruitment of  Executive Trainees of Electrical, Civil, Computer Science and Information Technology Branches through GATE 2015 Online Examinations.


Job Profile: Executive Trainees.

Salary Package: Selected candidates will be given basic pay scale of Rs. 24900-50500/-.

  • Last Date to Apply for GATE 2015 Exam :- 14/10/2014.
  • Starting Date to Apply for Power Grid Vacancies :- 15/01/2015
  • Last Date to Apply for Power Grid Vacancies: - 27/02/2015

Age Limit: 28 years as on 31.12.2014

Selection Process:
  • Shortlisting based on GATE - 2015 Scores in Electrical, Civil and Computer Science and Information Technology Branches.
  • Further Shortlisting on the basis of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

  • Portal on Power Grid website will open on 15th Jan 2015.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET ) UG test was conducted by CBSE on 05- 05- 2013 across all India for admission to various medical colleges.
