The New India Assurance Company has opened notification for recruitment of 509 Administrative Offices (AOs) 2014 in Scale 1 Cadre from open market in Specialist and Generalist disciplines (Finance, Engineering, Legal, Automobile Engineers and Generalist). Job Profile:- Administrative Officers Scale - I in Specialist and Generalist disciplines (Finance, Engineering, Legal, Automobile Engineers and Generalist).
Pay Scale:- Selected Candidate will be given basic pay of Rs.17,240/- in the scale of Rs.17,240-840(14)-29,000-910(4)-32640 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs.36,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers.

- Finance - Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA)/ MBA FINANCE* / B.COM / M.COM
- Engineering - B.Tech /B.E (in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering).
- Automobile Engineering - B.E./B.Tech. in Automobile Engineering OR Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with Diploma (at least one year duration) in Automobile Engineering.
- Legal - Graduate in Law.
- Generalist - Graduate in any stream.

Examination Fee:-
- Rs.600/- for Male General and OBC candidates (application fee including intimation charges).
- Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PWD/FEMALE candidates (intimation charges only).
Selection Procedure:- Eligible candidates will be called for online examination to be held on 10.01.2015/11.01.2015 (Tentative). Shortlisted candidates from online examination will be called for Interview. The weight-age (ratio) of online Examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively. Final selection will be made on the basis of merit subject to document verification.
