National Insurance Company Limited NICL has invited applications for the recruitment of AOs Administrative Officers Scale- I  in specialist and generalist discipline. NICL is fully central government owned general insurance company headquartered at Kolkata with around 1000 branches throughout India. Eligible and desirous candidates can apply online on NICL official website or link provided below on or before 24th Jan 2015.

Job Profile:-   AO (Administrative Officers) in NICL in Generalist and Specialist (Finance, Legal, Automobile Engineering and Information Technology) Discipline.

Pay Scale:-Basic pay of Rs.17,240/- in the scale of Rs.17,240-840(14)-29,000-910(4)-32640 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 36,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension system governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules.

  • Payment of Application Fee:-  05/01/2015 to 24/01/2015.
  • Date of Examination :- April 2015.

Educational Qualification:-
  • Finance:- Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA)/ M.COM/ B.COM.
  • Legal:- Graduate in Law.
  • Automobile Engineering:- B.E./B.Tech. in Automobile Engineering.
  • Information Technology:- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Generalist:- Graduate in any discipline.

  • Automobile Engineering:- 30
  • Information Technology:- 20
  • Generalist:- 192

Age Limit (as on 30.11.2014):- Minimum Age shall be 21 years and Max age 30 years. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category applicants is also applicable as per rule (see full notification).

Examination Fee:-
  • Rs.600/- for General and OBC candidates.
  • Rs. 50/- fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Selection Procedure:- The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of Online Test & Interview.
