Selection Procedure, Exam Pattern, Marking Scheme and Complete Syllabus for BMSB PO Recruitment 2015
Bank of Baroda has invited applications for recruitment of Probationary Officers PO in 2015 through the 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course in Baroda Manipal School of Banking, Bangalore or in any other Institute in other part of the country, as decided by the Bank. Here is complete information regarding selection procedure, exam pattern, marking scheme and syllabus for the examination.

Selection Process for BMSB PO Recruitment 2015:

  • Eligible candidates who have filled application form will be invited for open online written examination going to be conducted on 18th April 2015.
  • Written exam consists of 4 tests of  1. Reasoning 2. Quantitative Aptitude 3. English Language 4. General Awareness.
  • Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for interview.
  • Successful candidates in online examination will be invited for GD Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
  • The selection process aims at getting applicants who are likely to succeed at various roles in the Bank.
  • The final merit list for selection will be on the basis of performance in Online Test, Group discussion (GD) and Interview.

Online Written Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme:

  • Online written exam consists of 200 objective type questions to be answered in duration of 2 hours.
  • There will be negative marking. Every wrong answer will attract penalty of 1/4th of marks allotted to that question.

  • Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for interview. 
  • Candidates will be shortlisted for interview depending on the number of vacancies, cut-off in each test and online test as decided by the Bank.

Group Discussion and Personal Interview:

  • The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in the Online Test will be arranged in descending order in each category and the candidates in the order of merit, subject to 4 times the number of intake in each category, will be called for Group Discussion and Interview. 
  • The qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.
The final merit list for selection will be on the basis of performance in Online Test, Group discussion (GD) and Interview.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET ) UG test was conducted by CBSE on 05- 05- 2013 across all India for admission to various medical colleges.
