1. Multiply digits before 5 with next higher digit.
2. Now write down the result and place/ append 25 as last two digits.
3. This is your final answer.

=> 2*3 = 6 (Multiply 2 with next higher digit)
=> 625 (Append 25 in the last)
(25)² = 625

Eg. 2:
