Gaurav Agarwal a boy form pink city of India Jaipur who secured 1st rank in Civil Service Examination (CSE) 2013-14. Gaurav Agarwal is B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and MBA from IIM Lucknow. In his first attempt Gaurav was selected in IPS and was under going training in Sardar Vallabbhai National Police Academy in Hydrabad.
